Job summary

GSK is seeking a Director, Global Content Design and Delivery, Oncology, to chair the Global Integrated Medical Communication Teams and drive IMCP strategies across assets. You will lead the Scientific Communication Platform, narratives, and congress plans with cross-functional partners, ensuring compliant, evidence-based content for professionals and patients.

The role combines on-site and remote work in a hybrid setup, with a focus on oncology content and global market impact.

Qualifications

Advanced degree in science, medicine, pharmacy, communications or a related field.
7+ years of related experience in scientific communications or medical content design and delivery.
Experience in leading cross-functional teams and driving strategic communication plans.
Mastery developing and executing innovative communication tools including digital and social media strategies.
Project management expertise with multiple projects and deadlines.
Experience delivering medical training materials.
Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and Team sites.

Responsibilities

Chair the Global Integrated Medical Communication Teams (GIMCT) to drive IMCP development.
Deliver SCP, Scientific Narratives, content and channel plans, and congress tactics.
Collaborate with medical leaders, GMT, and priority markets to align strategies.
Develop and execute innovative digital and social media communication tools.
Ensure regulatory compliance and high scientific accuracy across materials.
Oversee input to asset annual business planning and engagement elements.
Lead with procurement for IMCP deliverables and agencies of record.
