Job summary

GSK plc in the United States is seeking a Director to lead Global Content Design and Delivery for Oncology within Global Scientific Communications. You will chair the GIMCT, drive IMCP development, and oversee content, channel, and congress tactics, ensuring scientifically accurate, evidence-based materials for healthcare professionals, patients, and internal teams.

Qualifications

Advanced degree required in science, medicine, pharmacy, communications or related field.
7+ years in scientific communications or medical content design/delivery within pharma/healthcare.
Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving strategic communication plans.
Mastery developing and executing innovative communication tools, including digital/social strategies.
Project management with multiple projects and deadlines.
Experience in developing and delivering medical training materials.

Responsibilities

Chair the Global Integrated Medical Communication Teams (GIMCT) for assets to drive IMCP development (content, channel, congress plans).
Drive asset deliverables including SCP, Narrative, Content/Channel plans, and congress tactics.
Partner with therapeutic area leaders, global publications, R&D, GMT, and priority markets.
Collaborate on tools for internal/external communication, including digital/social delivery.
Ensure timely execution of IMCP deliverables that are accurate, evidence-based, and compliant with regulations.
