Job summary

Amazon is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead onboarding and training initiatives for AWS Data Centers in the USA. You will design and deploy learning systems, coordinate with physical infrastructure teams, and ensure smooth new-hire experiences globally, partnering with leadership to drive outcomes.

This role emphasizes organization, ambiguity management, and informal leadership to own projects end-to-end.

Qualifications

2+ years of program or project management experience.
3+ years of advanced Microsoft Word and Excel experience.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
Experience facilitating in group settings with an audience of 50+.

Responsibilities

Deeply involved in technical design of the onboarding and learning systems.
Coordinate onboarding training activities across cross-functional teams.
Define, organize, and manage scheduling, logistics, and administration of training across multiple cross-functional teams.
Develop and monitor internal metrics and KPIs for onboarding and training processes.
Administer and support Amazon’s proprietary web-based training platform for safety, security, and job-critical functions.
Manage frequent communications touchpoints with new builders via emails, FAQs, channels, forums, tickets.
Facilitate new hire technology onboarding, including setting up laptops and software, and overviewing infrastructure.
