Job summary

Pigment, the AI-powered business planning platform, is seeking a highly technical Partner Readiness Manager (PRM) to lead a global partner enablement program. You will coach GSIs/RSIs, align architecture with Pigment capabilities, and drive multi-year scalable delivery with enterprise customers.

In this role you will design onboarding, run technical health checks, publish integration guides, and collaborate with Product and Engineering to turn partner feedback into product improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5+ years in a highly technical consulting or solution architecture role within the EPM/Business Planning space.
• Strong experience working directly with or within GSIs (e.g., Deloitte, PwC, EY, KPMG, Slalom) to build technical capabilities.
• Proficiency in data modeling concepts, SQL, and API-driven enterprise application integrations.

Responsibilities

• Drive the technical execution strategy for assigned GSIs/RSIs, aligning Pigment product capabilities with partner industry practices.
• Lead the maturity of partner Centers of Excellence through technical health checks and architectural standards.
• Design and deliver advanced enablement programs for partner Solutions Architects and Lead Model Builders.
• Design and scale a structured technical onboarding program for new implementation partners.
