Job summary

TaylorMade Golf Company, based in the Sun Day Red office in San Clemente, seeks a Specialist, Collections and New Accounts to drive onboarding, credit administration, and customer master data governance. You will work with Sales, Finance, Tax, Customer Service, and Supply Chain to ensure compliant, accurate accounts for domestic and international partners.

The role emphasizes risk management, data integrity, and scalable processes, with an hourly pay range of $27.00–$29.00 and benefits such as

Qualifications

• 3+ years in credit, onboarding, master data management, or financial ops.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred.
• Experience with ERP systems, Avalara, and credit reporting tools preferred.
• Experience supporting international customers and distributors preferred.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and set up domestic and international customers, distributors, and partners.
• Maintain customer master data within ERP and related systems.
• Review applications, financials, trade references, and credit reports for decisions.
• Support international account administration and compliance and credit reviews.
• Verify tax, resale, and regulatory documents for compliance.
• Prepare reporting on onboarding, credit administration, and performance.
• Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability.
