Job summary

Corning Inc. in Charlotte, NC, seeks a senior data leader to direct the Global OFC Data Maintenance Organization (DMO).

You will establish data standards, governance policies, and master data practices across manufacturing, supply chain, and digital operations, partnering with global teams to drive operational excellence. Requirements include a bachelor’s degree and 7+ years in data management or manufacturing data, plus SAP ERP experience (MM, BW, Workflow).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 7+ years of experience in data management, data governance, or manufacturing.
• Experience with SAP ERP systems and enterprise data management processes.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and strong leadership and collaboration skills.
• Working knowledge of SAP tools MM, BW, Workflow and data maintenance functionality.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Global OFC DMO strategy in alignment with data and manufacturing standards.
• Create and maintain data standards, governance processes, and policies.
• Partner with global and regional teams to drive master data practices.
• Monitor data quality through audits, metrics, and reporting.
• Lead continuous improvement to strengthen data accuracy and operational performance.
• Support SAP-related initiatives and digital optimization projects.
