Corning Inc. is seeking a Manager, Digital Products & Platforms in North Carolina to lead the OFC Supply Chain Solutions team. You will drive ERP, MES, FIS, and planning system initiatives, building a scalable digital platform and nurturing talent across a global organization.

You will partner with manufacturing, planning, logistics, finance, and IT to deliver measurable business value, improve change velocity, and standardize architectures for enterprise transformation efforts.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Information Systems, Business or related discipline.
Experience leading global teams, transforming supply chain tech and delivering measurable results.
Strong knowledge of SAP, manufacturing systems, planning tools and modern delivery models.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute the roadmap for supply chain digital platforms (ERP, MES, FIS, planning).
Build and develop a high-performing team of digital experts and project leaders.
Lead digital platform workstreams across initiatives like SAP S/4HANA and APS implementations.
Partner with manufacturing, logistics, finance and IT to translate needs into scalable digital solutions.
Drive governance, prioritization, architecture standards and continuous improvement.
