Job summary

GA Telesis, a global leader in integrated aviation solutions, seeks a self-motivated leader to drive the OEM Product distribution strategy from its Fort Lauderdale, FL site. You will manage relationships with distribution partners, OEMs, and MROs to maximize market penetration and revenue growth, aligning with corporate goals.

Reporting to the VP of Product & Asset Integration, you will collaborate with Pricing & Yield Management, Sales, and Commercial Solutions to negotiate agreements and steer

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in commercial and business operations.
• Experience in aviation or aftermarket industry preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Planner).

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the global distribution strategy across all channels.
• Grow distribution and consignment opportunities to hit financial targets.
• Present solutions to OEMs and MROs to expand portfolio.
• Negotiate commercial agreements with partners for market access.
• Collaborate with Sales & Commercial Solutions for alignment.
• Oversee distribution innovations for personalized offers.
• Monitor metrics and optimize cost vs revenue.
• Represent GA Telesis in industry forums for partnerships.
• Perform other duties as required.
