Job summary

You will coordinate LOAs, track deployment documentation, and monitor compliance while partnering with IBO and government stakeholders. This role requires attention to detail, strong communication, and the ability to work across teams in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of federal regulations and DoD policy compliance related to OCONUS travel.
• Experience with the SPOT system.
• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of professional experience.
• Active Secret clearance.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate travel with the IBO and government entities for OCONUS locations.
• Process LOAs through SPOT and ensure SOFA compliance.
• Maintain travel documentation and track deployment records.
• Audit travel records for non-compliance and report findings.
• Develop and update OCONUS travel policies; provide traveler training.
