Job summary

CACI International Inc. is seeking a seasoned SOFA-Regulatory Compliance Specialist to ensure compliance with SOFAs, ACSAs, HNS and related regulatory requirements across the Indo-Pacific region.

Qualifications

• Active TS clearance with SCI eligibility.
• Minimum 6 years supporting overseas military operations and international logistics.
• Experience with SOFAs, Host Nation Support agreements, ACSAs, customs procedures, or diplomatic clearances.
• Strong ability to prepare technical reports for Government and military leadership.
• Experience coordinating with U.S. Embassies, host nation organizations, or coalition partners.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical advisor supporting SOFA compliance and host nation regulatory requirements across the Indo-Pacific Region.
• Interpret and apply SOFA, Host Nation Support, ACSAs, and related international authorities.
• Advise program personnel regarding legal and regulatory requirements affecting overseas operations.
• Support customs clearance activities for Government equipment, supplies, hazardous materials, and mission cargo; coordinate import/export documentation.
• Coordinate requests for diplomatic clearances and liaison with U.S. Embassies and host nation ministries.
• Participate in logistics planning supporting operational plans and contingency operations.
• Maintain regulatory documentation and records; develop guidance, checklists, and SOPs.
