Logistics Plus Inc. seeks an Ocean Imports International Operations Specialist to manage full-cycle ocean import shipments from origin through final delivery. You will serve as the primary contact for customers, overseas agents, carriers, and vendors, ensuring documentation accuracy and on-time movement in a fast-paced international environment. Proficiency with CargoWise and MS Office is preferred, along with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication with customers, vendors, and service providers.
• Strong attention to detail in shipment documentation and data entry.
• Ability to manage multiple ocean import shipments cradle-to-grave.
• Prior experience with CargoWise or similar TMS is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage cradle-to-grave ocean import shipments from origin to delivery.
• Prepare, review, and maintain shipping documentation and records.
• Coordinate with overseas agents, carriers, customers, and vendors.
• Respond to inquiries and provide shipment updates in a timely manner.
