Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or related field.
• 10+ years of leadership in ocean freight forwarding, NVOCC, tender management, pricing.
• Proven success managing large global accounts and driving revenue growth.
• Senior management experience in training and developing teams.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, project management and interpersonal skills.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft applications, CRM platforms and data analytics.

Responsabilités

• Generate and expand new sales, maintaining and growing business with existing customers between the NNR USA offices and the global network.
• Collaborate with Global Accounts Development to target Major/Global Accounts in the USA.
• Mentor account executives to improve productivity and understanding of ocean freight sales process.
• Assist in developing and maintaining effective Ocean operation staff/management skills.
