Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth and timely freight process flow.
• Ensure accurate and timely data entry into our operating system.
• Track and trace Order Management files.
• Use workflows daily to manage shipments.
• Monitor shipment reports to ensure total customer satisfaction.
• Ensure timely clearance and delivery of freight for imports.
• Communicate arrival notices to destinations for exports.
• Ensure accurate client and vendor billing.
• Interact with customers to arrange international shipments and meet service standards.
• Maintain relationships with vendors and comply with policies and regulations.
