• Meet SOPs and KPI expectations for customers.
• Comply with company policies and external regulations.
• Cross-train to support team coverage.
• Represent Expeditors professionally to customers and partners.
• Identify areas to improve efficiency.
• Adopt technology to optimize work processes.
• Aim for 52 hours of annual training across mandatory trainings.
• Develop customer relationships to exceed expectations.
• Show urgency and provide practical solutions.
