Cushman & Wakefield seeks an Occupancy Planner to deliver tactical planning expertise for a global office portfolio. You will partner with regional stakeholders to develop site assessments, recommendations, and space solutions that align with client workplace strategy.

The role requires five+ years in corporate real estate, strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam, and MS Office. This is a full-time, on-site position with global collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline or field of study.
• Minimum of five+ years’ experience in a corporate real estate environment.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to develop conclusions and recommendations.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and Bluebeam.
• Experience managing projects of varied scope and complexity.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Able to work across global time zones.

Responsibilities

• Project space planning and solution development.
• Client relationship management and project coordination.
• Site strategy support related to space and occupancy analysis.
• Develop current and forecasted Stack Plans.
• Develop space plans and test fits.
• Monitor utilization data and occupancy.
