Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Director of Space and Occupancy Planning to oversee occupancy planning for a portfolio of space. The role focuses on space layout options, group relocations, and data organization for planning and hand-off.

You will partner with Move Managers and Project Managers to develop migration plans and drive efficiency. The ideal candidate brings 7–10 years in corporate space planning, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in AutoCad and IWMS systems.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of related experience
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a corporate team environment
• Experience reviewing architectural and engineering drawings, concepts & design
• Development of site occupancy plans for short term and long-term scenarios including supply and demand analysis, headcount projections, seating, graphs and move scenarios

Responsibilities

• Oversees all facility space and personnel move requests within assigned territory to maximize space efficiencies
• Establishes and maintains relationships with client lines of business
• Makes recommendations to enhance operational efficiency and asset utilization
• Collaborates with Strategy, Project Management, Facility Management and CRE team members
• Interfaces with Client to develop options and finalise project concepts for client approval
• Serves as the primary client contact for relocation requests and coordinates with Move Manager
