Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in B2B industries that sell capital equipment (HVAC/Refrigeration/Industrial preferred).
• 3+ years in Product Ownership, Product Management, or Advanced Applications for capital equipment.
• Experience in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Degree in a Technical or Science background.
• Strong analytical capabilities with data-driven decision making.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Analyze customer feedback and translate into product requirements.
• Gather warranty, NPS, VOC data and present product improvements.
• Coordinate findings within Product Management and align with business goals.
• Collaborate with Platform Managers to define a strategic product vision and business cases.
• Oversee all stages of NPI and liaise with Global and Regional Marketing to deliver updates.
• Bring new products to market on-time, on-spec and within budget.
• Prioritize the product backlog based on market changes.
• Participate in Scrum ceremonies and product sprints during NPI stages.
• Develop go-to-market strategies to gain competitive advantage.
• Create product artifacts for positioning, messaging, presentations and training.
