Job summary

Carrier Global Corporation seeks a highly skilled Manufacturing Engineer to lead the introduction of new HVAC products and processes into operations. You will collaborate with operations, engineering, quality and materials to translate design requirements into production-ready components and systems.

The role emphasizes leading cross-functional projects, driving DFMA, and developing advanced manufacturing processes, with strong communication to leadership and global teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required.
• 5+ years in manufacturing engineering, design engineering or New Product Introduction is required.
• 3+ years leading projects in a cross-functional environment.
• 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Project, PowerPoint, Word)

Responsibilities

• Lead the introduction of new product and processes into operations.
• Drive design for manufacture and field service throughout the development process.
• Ensure requirements are met before releasing new product/processes into production.
• Develop cutting edge manufacturing processes.
• Communicate program status to various levels of the company.
• Collaborate with configuration control and design engineering regarding product tooling and design to ensure effective production methods.
• Work with production to develop, coordinate, and implement technical training for employees related to new product/process introduction.
• Work with Safety to proactively evaluate hazards and risks before introducing new product/process into operations.
