Baltimore Aircoil Company is seeking a Product Owner to drive new capital equipment through the NPI process. You will translate customer feedback into product requirements and work with engineering, manufacturing, and marketing to deliver products that meet customer needs.

You will analyze market trends, manage the backlog, and participate in Scrum ceremonies to ensure on-time, on-spec launches that create competitive advantages for BAC.

Competenze

5+ years in B2B industries that sell capital equipment (HVAC/refrigeration/industrial).
3+ years in Product Ownership/Management or Advanced Applications for capital equipment.
Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
Degree in Technical or Science field.

Mansioni

Analyze customer feedback and translate into product requirements.
Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing and marketing to deliver new capital equipment through NPI.
Develop go-to-market strategy and product artifacts for launches and training.
Prioritize product backlog and participate in Scrum events within NPI stages.
Provide competitive analysis and voice of the customer to guide trade‑offs.
