Job summary

Beckman Coulter Life Sciences, a Danaher operating company, seeks a Senior Manager to lead global NPI for hardware-based product development. You will bridge R&D, Product Management, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing to ensure design transfer, scale-up, and on-time commercialization of complex life-science instrumentation.

Role requires a strong track record in regulated manufacturing, design transfer, and cross-functional leadership across global sites. On-site role based in Indianapolis, Indiana.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Biomedical, Electrical, Manufacturing, Systems or related field.
• Typically 10+ years of progressive experience across engineering, manufacturing, operations, product development, and/or NPI.
• At least 5 years of people leadership experience across locations or global matrix.
• Experience with FDA, ISO quality systems, design control, risk management, verification/validation, and lifecycle requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead Manufacturing Engineering engagement from concept to commercialization for hardware platforms.
• Oversee global NPI portfolio governance including milestones, resource prioritization, and launches.
• Develop strategies for global NPI and manufacturing engineering aligned with growth and roadmaps.
• Ensure robust design transfer and manufacturing readiness across US, China, Europe.
