Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Systems, Biomedical Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of product development in hardware, with leadership experience.
• Experience in regulated life sciences or medical devices is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a hardware engineering team across global sites.
• Define engineering strategy, roadmaps, and resource plans.
• Drive design reviews, risk management, and V&V activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to deliver programs on time.
