Job summary

- 12+ years of manufacturing operations experience, incl. 5+ years leading NPI in regulated environment.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams without direct reporting authority.
- Travel up to 15% domestically and internationally; onsite requirement.
Responsibilities
- Lead development and execution of a Global Supply Chain plan for new product programs.
- Ensure plan integration into NPD/I process with BU partners and regulatory teams.
- Establish business continuity roadmaps and mitigate supply/disruption risks.
- Lead Manufacturing Readiness Reviews and transfer of new products to externals.
