Job summary

Teradyne in Brookfield, WI is seeking a New Product Introduction (NPI) Project Manager to lead the operational journey from design to high-volume production. You’ll coordinate global teams, EMS partners, and internal stakeholders to launch new products smoothly and on time.

The role requires strong project management, engineering and manufacturing knowledge, with a focus on minimizing risk and driving alignment across multiple sites. This position is located on site in Brookfield, Wisconsin.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of operations experience in engineering or PM role.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent operations experience preferred.
• Knowledge of inventory, capacity planning, material readiness, outsourcing electromechanical systems and PCBAs.
• Experience coordinating teams across multiple geographic locations and time zones.
• Experience partnering with Asia-based contract manufacturers on production setup and transfers.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to achieve operational readiness from NPI through high-volume manufacturing at contract sites.
• Align senior leaders and contract manufacturing partners with updates, recommendations and presentations.
• Synthesize inputs, identify issues, escalate when needed, and drive resolution across org boundaries.
• Shape and oversee first-build, follow-on-build, and production strategies with capacity/resource plans.
• Lead the NPI Operations team and partners in developing production transfer plans for sites.
• Apply technical and operational expertise to resolve challenges involving operations, engineering, suppliers, and partners.
• Drive corrective actions to closure and strengthen processes via continuous improvement.
• Partner with teams to anticipate risks, protect timelines, and keep deliverables on track.
• Ensure smooth transition of new products to the high-volume manufacturing team.
