Job summary

Hunter Douglas is seeking an NPI Lead to guide multidisciplinary teams in the plant, ensuring safe, high‑quality, efficient launches and on‑time delivery. You will collaborate with the Head Launch Engineering and the Supply Chain Team to standardize work and enable rapid ramp‑ups.

The role demands an engineering degree, leadership, and strong English communication in a global manufacturing setting, with responsibility for budget, staffing, PFMEAs, and packaging under new launches.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or equivalent.
• 5+ years of project experience.
• 3+ years in process/manufacturing roles.
• 3+ years in manufacturing leadership.
• Bilingual in English (≈90%).

Responsibilities

• Lead process development timelines and milestones within budget.
• Coordinate new process development and efficiency during Launch and 30 days after SOP.
• Define Direct Labor needed for new processes with Engineering Site Lead.
• Define cycle times and obtain plant staff approval before SOP.
• Develop standard work and PFMEAs for new processes.
• Drive flawless ramp-up and handover to Operations after LV2.
