Job summary

Solventum is seeking a GSC NPI Manager to lead cross-functional teams through new product introductions, ensuring manufacturability and on-time launches. You will coordinate with R&D, Process Technology Engineering, and Manufacturing to align design transfers with production readiness.

The role requires 7+ years in manufacturing or supply chain leadership, with hybrid work options in Eagan, MN or San Antonio, TX. Travel up to 25% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher with 7+ years of manufacturing, operations engineering, and/or supply chain leadership experience.
• High School Diploma/GED with 10+ years of manufacturing, operations engineering, and/or supply chain leadership experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving NPI projects.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Global Supply Chain POC for NPI projects across Solventum's business areas.
• Lead the GSC extended team in set-up and integration of new products through all phases to launch.
• Compile and maintain project timelines, resource needs, and cost targets.
• Track deliverables by state-gate and milestones; report status to leadership.
• Direct NPI efforts at contract manufacturers and third-party suppliers as needed.

Education

Bachelor's Degree or higher AND seven (7) years of manufacturing, operations engineering, and/or supply chain leadership experience in a private, public, government or military environment

High School Diploma/GED from AND ten (10) years of manufacturing, operations engineering, and/or supply chain leadership experience in a private, public, government or military environment
