Job summary

Vertiv is seeking a Project Manager within the Global Services PMO to drive NPDI initiatives and select digital/service transformation programs. You will ensure service requirements are integrated into product development and launches, enabling readiness, scalability, and global deployment.

Across cross‑functional teams—Product Management, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, and Regional Services—you will manage schedules, risks, and KPIs, support governance, and drive continuous improvement

Qualifications

3–6 years in project coordination or project management roles within a global or matrix organization.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
Strong organizational and communication skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
Proficiency with project tracking tools (Smartsheet, MS Project, Jira).

Responsibilities

Plan and execute NPDI and digital services projects using established PMO and Vertiv OS frameworks.
Track schedules, deliverables, risks, and dependencies across cross‑functional teams.
Ensure service readiness requirements are incorporated into project deliverables.
Support stage-gate governance from concept through launch and post‑launch readiness.
