Job summary

Vertiv in Westerville, OH seeks a Project Manager for Global Services NPDI in Power acceleration to drive timely NPDI execution across the product lifecycle, ensuring service readiness, documentation, training, and tools are integrated from launch through stabilization.

You will partner with Product Management, Engineering, regional Services teams and Marketing to accelerate NPDI, manage schedules, risks, and governance, and ensure cross‑functional alignment and regional deployment readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, PM, Operations, IT, or related discipline.
• 5+ years of project management experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives in a global or matrixed organization.
• Experience coordinating product launches, NPDI, service readiness, or operational deployment.
• Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools such as Microsoft Project, SmartsHEET, Jira, Confluence, or equivalent platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead Global Services workstreams across the Power NPDI portfolio from initiation through launch and post-launch stabilization.
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans aligned with product development gates, milestones, dependencies, and launch dates.
• Coordinate service deliverables to ensure readiness activities progress in parallel with product development.
• Identify schedule constraints, resource gaps, bottlenecks, and opportunities to accelerate execution without compromising quality or service readiness.
