Johnson & Johnson is recruiting a Supply Chain Launch Manager-Orthopaedics, located in Palm Beach Gardens, FL, Raynham, MA or Warsaw, IN. Remote work options may be considered on a case-by-case basis and if approved by the Company.

The role develops supply chains to enable successful NPD launches and strategic lifecycle programs, driving operational excellence with internal and external partners. You will lead cross-functional teams and align capabilities for a competitive advantage.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum six (6) years of relevant professional work experience.
• Experience in Manufacturing, Distribution, Planning, Project Management, Procurement, Engineering, or R&D in a healthcare industry.
• Project Management experience with process development and implementation.

• Serve as the supply chain lead on large global NPD programs.
• Design value chains for new products to align with business strategies.
