Flowserve Corporation seeks a dynamic Manager of Project Management for New Product Development to lead a global, cross-platform PM team. You will enforce disciplined execution of NPD initiatives, establish governance, and drive standardization of processes, templates, and reporting across engineering, design-to-value, and operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Project Management, Manufacturing, Operations, or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in project management, product development, engineering, industrial products, or heavy manufacturing environments.
• Proven success leading cross-functional teams in a global, matrixed organization.
• Strong understanding of phase-gate or stage-gate product-development processes, project governance, integrated scheduling, and portfolio reporting.

Responsabilités

• Lead enterprise NPD execution and governance across platforms and functions.
• Define, report, and continuously improve core NPD performance metrics (on-time, on-budget, risk, health).
• Develop and maintain project-management procedures, templates, playbooks, and governance standards.
• Partner with NPD, DtV and functional leaders to identify execution gaps and drive adoption of best practices.
• Provide executive-level portfolio reporting highlighting trends, risks, and actions.
