Job summary

Ipsen Biopharmaceuticals Inc. in Cambridge, MA seeks a Global Value & Access Director for Neuroscience to design and lead global access, reimbursement, and pricing plans, and to demonstrate product value to health authorities and payers.

You will partner with global pricing, HEOR, and cross-functional teams to optimize market access, monitor trends, develop payer dossiers and pricing strategies, and travel internationally as needed.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of experience in Marketing Access and Pricing.
• Experience working on HTA submissions and knowledge of the global HTA landscape.
• Proven experience managing multiple project deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• International experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Ability to travel, including internationally, when needed.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead the execution of access, reimbursement, and pricing plans.
• Monitor market landscape for emerging trends, opportunities and threats and translate to insights for the products.
• Identify payer types & local needs to optimize market access outcomes over time.
• Partner with global pricing team to develop innovative pricing strategies addressing local challenges.
• Lead development and rollout of tools (payer dossiers, cost calculators, etc.).
• Act as lead Value & Access representative on cross-functional teams to support market access throughout the lifecycle.
• Collaborate with HEOR to identify data gaps and recommendations.
• Provide holistic support to affiliates for global strategies and tools.
• Coordinate and oversee projects with external consultants if needed.
• Communicate with leadership to align on initiatives/deliverables.
