Job summary

Ipsen, a global biopharmaceutical company, seeks a Director of Global Value & Access in Neuroscience. You will drive global market access, pricing strategies, and payer engagement to demonstrate value to health authorities and payers across the Neuroscience portfolio.

You will partner with cross-functional teams, guide local access strategies, and lead innovative pricing initiatives while supporting affiliates worldwide. This role requires strategic thinking and international collaboration.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of experience in Marketing Access and Pricing.
• Experience working on HTA submissions and knowledge of the global HTA landscape.
• Proven ability to manage multiple project deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• International experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Ability to travel, including internationally, when needed.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead the execution of access, reimbursement, and pricing plans.
• Monitor market landscape for trends, opportunities, and threats in neuroscience.
• Identify payer types & local needs to optimize market access outcomes.
• Collaborate with global pricing to develop pricing strategies addressing local challenges.
• Lead development and rollout of tools like payer value dossiers and cost calculators.
• Act as lead Value & Access representative on cross-functional teams.
• Work with HEOR to identify evidence gaps and recommendations.
• Support affiliates in implementing global strategies and tools.
• Coordinate projects with external consultants as needed.
• Communicate with leadership to ensure alignment on initiatives.
