Job summary

Ipsen Biopharmaceuticals Inc. is seeking a Global Value & Access Director, Neuroscience to develop and execute global market access and pricing strategies that demonstrate the value of our neuroscience portfolio to health authorities, HTA bodies and payers.

The role collaborates across Asset teams, R&D, Commercial and affiliate market access groups to optimize local access, monitor pricing trends, and drive evidence generation through HEOR and strategic business cases.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of experience in Marketing Access and Pricing (implied in description).
• Experience working on HTA submissions and knowledge of the global HTA landscape.
• International experience in the pharmaceutical industry is preferred.
• Ability to travel internationally when needed.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead the execution of access, reimbursement, and pricing plans.
• Monitor market landscape for trends, opportunities, and threats and translate to insights for the Neuroscience portfolio.
• Identify payer types and local needs to optimize market access outcomes over time.
• Partner with global pricing to develop innovative strategies addressing local challenges.
• Lead development and rollout of payer value dossiers, cost calculators, and objection handlers.
• Act as lead Value & Access representative on cross-functional teams to embed market access in product plans.
• Work with HEOR to identify data gaps and recommend evidence generation.
• Coordinate and oversee projects with external consultants as needed.
