Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a Senior Director, Global Medical Neuroscience, Medical Product Lead for Specialty Neurology. You will shape worldwide medical strategy, lead cross-functional teams, and drive launches and lifecycle management across Neuroimmune, Neuromuscular, and Motor neuron assets, with a focus on MS and Spasticity.

Qualifications

• Education: MD, DO, PhD or equivalent in life sciences; neurology focus preferred.
• Minimum 9 years of progressive clinical research/biopharma experience in neurology.
• 5+ years medical affairs (WW or US) experience in MS, Spasticity, or Neuroimmune fields; global experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and champion global medical strategy for Neuroimmune, Neuromuscular, and Motor neuron assets, focusing on MS & Spasticity.
• Lead as senior Medical Product Lead for global medical activities from development through lifecycle management.
• Engage Thought Leaders and build external partnerships to advance scientific leadership.
• Guide regional medical affairs strategies and ensure medical perspectives are embedded across launches and commercialization.
