Job summary

NetBrain is seeking a Network Support Engineer to join our Advanced Services team. You will troubleshoot hands-on, guide customers through configuration and best practices, and collaborate with Development, QA, Sales, and Services Engineering to resolve complex issues.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in software technical support or network support, CCNA/CCNP, and strong English communication. This role requires PT hours and offers a competitive base salary with performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Networking or related field.
• CCNA certification required; CCNP preferred.
• 2–4 years in software technical support or network support.
• Hands-on experience configuring, managing, and troubleshooting enterprise networking equipment.

Responsibilities

• Provide post-sales technical support via phone, email, and online meetings.
• Manage customer support cases from initial reporting through resolution and SLA compliance.
• Conduct remote troubleshooting sessions for network issues and software problems.
• Collaborate with global Support Engineers across multiple time zones to deliver solutions.
• Work with Development, QA, Sales, and Services Engineering to resolve complex issues.
• Create and update customer-facing technical documentation and Knowledge Base articles.
• Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support.
