Job summary

Crusoe is seeking a Senior Manager of Engineering, Network Operations to own production reliability for a global network infrastructure spanning edge, backbone, data centers, and GPU clusters. You will build and lead a 24x7 team across multiple sites and time zones, define incident response, and scale the org with a focus on automation and RCA-driven improvements.

You will report to senior leadership and partner with Architecture, Deployment, and Site Reliability to drive standards, postmortems,

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in network engineering or network operations in large-scale, 24x7 environments.
• Proven people and org leadership; experience managing managers or leads.
• Ownership of production reliability and incident response at scale.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead the network operations org across sites and time zones.
• Own uptime across Crusoe's global edge, backbone, data center, and GPU networks.
• Set incident command structure, escalation paths, and on-call model.
• Drive RCAs and remediation with cross-team post-incident reviews.
• Drive automation to reduce toil and accelerate MTTR.
• Define and track SLIs/SLOs for network reliability.
• Provide executive-level communication on risk and performance.
• Develop leaders and coach engineers to scale with growth.
• Collaborate with Deployment, Architecture, and Supply Chain leadership.
