Job summary

KLA is seeking an experienced IT leader to administer and advance enterprise ALM, DevOps, and AI-powered developer tools for global engineering teams. You will help scale CI/CD, source control, artifact management, and security across the platform.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Cybersecurity, IT, and vendors, driving automation and modernizing the software development lifecycle while supporting thousands of users across multiple regions. This role is on-site in Milpitas, CA.

Qualifications

Eight (8) years of experience administering and supporting enterprise ALM, DevOps, Software Development, or Engineering Productivity platforms.
Strong hands-on experience with source code management, work item management, artifact repository, CI/CD, and software quality platforms such as Jira, Atlassian Cloud, IBM EWM/RTC, Azure DevOps, GitHub Enterprise, Artifactory, Xray, JFrog Curation, Jenkins, SonarQube, and Mend.

Responsibilities

Administrating, supporting, and continuously improving KLA's ALM, DevOps, and Enterprise AI platforms for engineering teams worldwide.
Providing technical leadership for a diverse portfolio of solutions including AI-powered developer tools, source code management, artifact management, CI/CD, and software quality platforms.
Partnering with Engineering, Cybersecurity, IT, and vendors to deliver scalable, secure, and reliable services.
Supporting rapid growth of AI platforms, onboarding users, evaluating technologies, and driving automation to enhance developer experience across KLA.
