Job summary

DTCC is seeking a Network Engineer to support the enterprise network across campus, WAN, DMZs, and extranets. The role requires coordinating maintenance, change control, and incident response while collaborating with engineering and operations teams.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years of network experience, familiarity with F5, Infoblox, and Palo Alto firewalls, and a strong customer-service orientation. This is a hybrid role with 3 days onsite and 2 days remote in the US.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of related experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Administer and provide 24x7 support for DTCC enterprise network across campus, WAN, DMZs, and extranets.
• Implement and support new technologies within the network environment.
• Lead troubleshooting with external/internal clients and major incident management teams.
• Coordinate system maintenance, releases, and hardware upgrades within change management windows.
• Document baseline standards, processes, and procedures; maintain up-to-date records.
