Job summary

GovCIO is hiring a Network Operations Lead to join our Development Finance Corporation team. This fully remote role will manage the Cisco LAN/WAN and uphold a 99.9% network availability target across the network, including changes routed through ERB/CCB.

The candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree with 12+ years of network management experience, be open to 24x7x365 operations, and hold relevant certifications (CCNP/CCDP/CISM/PMP/ITIL v4). A DFC public trust clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in networking or a related field with 12+ years of network management experience.
• Willingness to support 24x7x365 WAN/LAN operations and ITIL processes.
• Active certifications such as CCNP/CCDP/CISM/PMP/ITIL v4 are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Owns the Cisco LAN and WAN, ensuring 99.9% network availability and all changes through ERB/CCB.
• Drives MTTR reduction via ITIL incident, problem, and change management; coordinates major incident bridges for P1 events.
