Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in network engineering or related role.

• Experience with enterprise network environments including routers, switches, firewalls, wireless, WAN, and VPN.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools and ITSM ticketing platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira).

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily network operations, troubleshooting Tier 1/2 issues and supporting escalation processes.
• Monitor network performance, respond to alerts, and coordinate timely incident resolution.
• Assist with incident response, post-incident reviews, and change management activities.
• Collaborate with vendors and cross-functional teams to maintain SLA performance and visibility.
