Job summary

Digitech Network Engineers design, implement, and maintain our enterprise network across offices and data centers. You will focus on reliability, performance, and security while supporting business operations and strategic initiatives.

You will diagnose, resolve production network issues, plan upgrades, and execute deployments with minimal disruption. Strong TCP/IP knowledge and Fortinet NGFW experience are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS or equivalent with telecom/security focus.
• 1–3 years of network engineering experience.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, OSI stack, and routing protocols.
• Experience with Fortinet NGFW and enterprise security practices.
• Experience with enterprise monitoring, ticketing, and logging tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and implement network infrastructure across offices, data centers, and WAN.
• Analyze networks to identify inefficiencies and implement improvements.
• Manage projects with timelines, scope, and documentation accountability.
• Provide 24/7/365 on-call support for critical incidents on a rotating schedule.
• Maintain accurate documentation including diagrams, configurations, and procedures.
• Adhere to security, compliance, and company policies.
