CLA is seeking a Senior Network Engineer to join our Digital team, helping clients modernize, secure, and optimize their network environments across on‑premises, cloud, and hybrid architectures.

The ideal candidate will lead network design and implementation, support Cisco/Meraki solutions, and drive infrastructure modernization projects. Strong consulting, communication, and technical leadership are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field preferred.
• 4+ years of network engineering experience; 6+ years preferred.
• Experience with network assessments, remediation, target-state design, modernization and M&A transitions in consulting or enterprise networks.
• Strong communication and consulting skills with clients, vendors and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, implementation, remediation, and support of client network infrastructure across on‑premises, cloud, and hybrid environments.
• Design and support Cisco and Meraki solutions including routing, switching, wireless, firewalls, VPNs, SD‑WAN, segmentation, and secure connectivity.
• Conduct network assessments, discovery workshops, infrastructure reviews, and modernization planning engagements.
• Lead network migration, integration, remediation, and infrastructure transformation projects.
• Support Azure networking solutions including virtual networks, VPN gateways, network security groups, hybrid connectivity, and Microsoft 365 network dependencies.
• Design and implement secure network architectures with firewall tech, Umbrella, segmentation, 802.1X, and secure remote access solutions.
• Troubleshoot complex performance, availability, authentication, wireless, routing, and security issues.
• Develop technical documentation including diagrams, standards, transition plans, inventories, and runbooks.
• Collaborate with clients, vendors, MSPs, and project teams to deliver successful outcomes.
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to fellow engineers.
• Contribute to automation and infrastructure modernization using scripting and IaC.
