Job summary

Veeva Systems, Inc. is seeking a Global Network MDM Strategy Lead to drive the product's success, GTM and customer success. This senior, highly customer-facing role requires coordinating with sales, services, and partners to optimize MDM implementations and outcomes.

You will own strategy, lead senior-level discussions, and shape content for customer events while partnering with cross-functional teams to maximize revenue growth and market impact.

Qualifications

• 8+ years working in the Life Sciences industry.
• 5+ years working at either a major consulting firm or technology company.
• 5+ years experience with MDM or data platforms (i.e. Databricks, Snowflake).
• 3+ years experience in strategy or sales roles for software or platforms solutions.
• 3+ years owning relationships with senior level leaders at life sciences companies.

Responsibilities

• Create and own the revenue growth plan for Network MDM.
• Advise the Network MDM product team on product strategy and priorities.
• Create the Network MDM go to market strategy.
• Create the Network MDM sales messaging and teach it to the commercial sales team.
• Play a customer facing role in senior level discussions on the Network MDM product and strategy.
• Work with the Veeva professional services team and partner network to optimize Network MDM implementations for efficiency and customer success.
