Job summary

Veeva Systems is seeking a Senior Consultant to help major pharmaceutical and biotech clients organize and manage their customer and product data using Veeva Network MDM. You will act as lead solution architect, working directly with clients to design system setups and guide a small team to deliver on time.

You will split time across data analysis, solution design, and project leadership, applying your expertise in data integration, master data management, and stakeholder communication to drive

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software consulting or professional services experience leading customer-facing technology implementations.
• 3+ years configuring Veeva Network MDM or similar master data management system (like Reltio or Informatica).
• Solid understanding of data integration tools including SQL, ETL, APIs, and CSV/FTP file transfers.
• Experience with structured project timelines (Agile/Scrum) and managing tasks.
• Excellent presentation and writing skills; comfortable leading client meetings.

Responsibilities

• Lead Customer Projects: Run software implementation projects for global healthcare and life sciences clients.
• Design Data Solutions: Set up the platform to track healthcare professionals, organizations, and product data; merge data sources into a single source of truth.
• Connect Systems: Integrate Veeva Network MDM with Vault CRM for accurate customer profiles.
• Configure Portals and Widgets: Build dashboards and widgets for easy data access by business users.
• Advise Stakeholders: Lead workshops and translate technical concepts into business language.
• Improve the Team: Train junior consultants and create reusable templates for future projects.
