Veeva Systems is hiring a Consultant for Network MDM to support multiple live clients remotely in the United States. You will provide ongoing administration, SME guidance, and strategic advisory to ensure a healthy MDM ecosystem aligned with best practices.

The role is full-time and remote, requiring 3+ years in MDM or Life Sciences Data Operations, experience with Veeva Network/CRM, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in MDM or Life Sciences Data Operations.
• Hands-on experience with MDM platforms such as Veeva Network or Veeva CRM.
• Experience in a customer-facing consulting role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work remotely for multiple clients with ~80% billable utilization.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Act as the Network MDM SME for client portfolios, guiding data governance and system configurations.
• Manage data flows and validate Data Change Requests between Network and CRM.
• Optimize Network environments, addressing technical debt and performance.
• Provide best-practice guidance on match/merge logic, survivorship, and data models.
• Evolve clients' data governance processes post go-live.
• Perform configuration updates and system audits in client environments.
• Communicate clearly with clients and manage expectations.
• Troubleshoot data, configuration, or performance issues.
• Leverage approved AI tools to accelerate documentation and data insights.
• Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and best practices.
