Job summary

TransUnion in the United States is seeking a Vice President, Global Network Engineering to lead strategy, architecture, and modernization of the company’s global network services across cloud, data centers, and on‑premises environments.

This hybrid role emphasizes reliability, automation, observability, and security integration, collaborating with cloud, security, and DevOps teams while guiding a high‑performing engineering organization.

Qualifications

• 15+ years leading large-scale enterprise network engineering or infrastructure
• Deep expertise in global network services across data centers, cloud, and corporate networks
• Experience modernizing networks in hybrid/multi-cloud environments
• Experience building and leading high-performing global teams
• Balance security, resiliency, and business growth in regulated environments
• Strong executive communication with senior tech/business leaders

Responsibilities

• Lead global network strategy, architecture, and roadmap across LAN, WAN, cloud, data centers
• Drive modernization of network services for hybrid/multi-cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, on-prem)
• Standardize designs, improve resiliency, lifecycle management, and service ownership models
• Collaborate with cloud, platform, DevOps, and security teams to enable self-service network capabilities
• Strengthen reliability through incident, problem, change, and RCA processes
• Advance observability, telemetry, and AI-enabled operational capabilities
