Job summary

Dimensional is seeking a seasoned Network Engineering leader to guide a global team responsible for designing, deploying, and optimizing a resilient network infrastructure across data centers and cloud environments. The role emphasizes automation, security, and scalable architectures.

You will champion Infrastructure as Code, mentor engineers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align network strategy with business goals, while managing vendor relationships and ensuring regulatory

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent); advanced degree or relevant certifications preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in network engineering and operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven expertise in designing and managing complex network infrastructures (VXLAN, BGP, MPLS, hybrid cloud, micro-segmentation).
• Strong background in IaC and automation tools such as Ansible and Terraform.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team, fostering accountability and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and transform a global team of network engineers for career growth and operational excellence.
• Design, deploy, and manage a resilient global network infrastructure including data centers and cloud environments.
• Develop network strategies for Hybrid Cloud environments and implement IaC practices.
• Oversee core networking protocols (BGP, MPLS) and optimize routing and traffic management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into network solutions.
• Manage vendor relationships to ensure cost-effective procurement of services and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements for security and data protection.
• Stay current with AI technologies and trends to drive innovation in network operations.
