You will design and maintain dashboards (Power BI, Tableau, QuickSight) delivering real-time visibility into deployment progress and health across regions. The role focuses on data collection, SLA/KPI frameworks, and process improvements, with opportunities to mentor engineers and develop global SOPs and training

Qualifications

• 3+ years of vendor management experience.
• 5+ years of data center engineering or operations experience.
• 5+ years of data center or related field experience.
• 5+ years of Microsoft Office experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reporting systems (Power BI, Tableau, QuickSight, ASANA) for real-time visibility across NIDD regions.
• Own and improve data collection and tracking mechanisms for leadership reporting.
• Define and publish SLAs, KPIs, and operational metrics frameworks for global delivery.
• Drive efficiency via workflows, tooling, and process automation across the NIDD organization.
• Create, own, and improve NIDD documentation, SOPs, playbooks, and process guides.
• Deliver onboarding templates and develop training materials with input from stakeholders.
• Influence stakeholders with data-backed reports and proposals.
• Support design and maintenance of training content for Network Design and Deployment Engineers.
• Mentor and guide growth of engineers across regions.
