Job summary

Amazon’s Global Technical Specialist role within the AWS infrastructure team requires building and refining dashboards and reporting systems to provide real-time visibility into network deployment performance and operational health across regions.

The candidate will own data collection, SLAs, and KPI frameworks while driving process improvements and global standardization with diverse stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of vendor management experience.
• 4+ years of data center or critical environment experience.
• 5+ years of data center engineering or operations experience.
• 5+ years of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, and Excel experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reporting systems for real-time visibility of network performance across regions.
• Own data collection processes and tracking mechanisms for timely reporting to leadership.
• Define and maintain published SLAs, KPIs, and operational metrics frameworks for global delivery.
• Identify and drive improvements to operational efficiency through workflows and automation across the organization.
• Create and improve NIDD documentation, SOPs, playbooks, and process guides for global standardization.
• Deliver onboarding templates and develop educational materials with stakeholder input.
• Influence stakeholders with data-backed reports and improvement proposals.
• Support the design and maintenance of training content for Network Design and Deployment Engineers.
