Job summary

Amazon Data Services, Inc. is seeking a Build Manager to own end-to-end delivery of network infrastructure for new AWS data centers.

You will lead a team of network engineers, manage safety, scheduling, standards and implementation, and partner with engineering and operations to ensure capacity plans are met. The role requires 3+ years in program management of infrastructure builds, strong leadership, and deep knowledge of network deployment processes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of program management experience in infrastructure builds.
• Experience in technical management and people development.
• Proven track record managing difficult, cross-functional infrastructure builds independently.
• Experience working across multiple teams and managing programs end-to-end.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Robust technical understanding of network infrastructure and deployment processes.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of network infrastructure projects for new AWS data centers.
• Lead safety, scheduling, standards, and implementation for new builds across the AMER region.
• Drive strategy to innovate, optimize deployments, and improve capital efficiency.
• Manage resources and people, balancing time, scope, and cost to meet capacity needs.
