Job summary

Dimensional Fund Advisors in Austin seeks a Network Solutions Manager to lead a global team and transform networking Infrastructure. You will design and manage resilient networks across data centers and cloud, driving high availability, security, and performance.

You will champion IaC with Ansible/Terraform, oversee BGP/MPLS, and collaborate with cybersecurity to strengthen Zero Trust posture. This hybrid role focuses on scalable, secure network services for enterprise goals.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications preferred.
10+ years of experience in network engineering and operations, with 3+ years in a leadership role.
Proven expertise designing and managing complex networks including VXLAN, BGP, MPLS, and hybrid clouds.
Strong IaC and automation background with Ansible and Terraform.
Ability to lead, mentor, and drive accountability and innovation.

Responsibilities

Lead, manage, and transform a global network engineering team with mentorship and career development.
Design, deploy, and manage a resilient global network infrastructure with high availability and security.
Develop network strategies for Hybrid Cloud environments and implement micro-segmentation.
Champion IaC practices and automate provisioning and configuration tasks.
Oversee core networking protocols and vendor relationships, ensuring cost effectiveness.
